Job Description

Position Overview
The National Account Manager (NAM) is the primary point of contact and manages the client experience. The key objective for the NAM is to ensure that absolute compliance and safety are consistently maintained. This commitment is fulfilled through the proactive management of timely communications and the professional execution of both preventative and reactive services.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for fostering relationships with UmbrellaOne clients by providing daily, proactive communications concerning service statuses, updates, and general project details through to completion. This involves working with client-provided CMMS software programs (training provided).
- Accountable for building and maintaining strong partnerships with service partners, including responding to inquiries and working with A/P to ensure receipt and payment of invoices.
- Provide direct, comprehensive management and execution of special project requests from both clients and management.
- Execute UmbrellaOne mission by ensuring client service requests are completed in a professional manner (prompt timing, excellent quality, reasonable cost, and fair profit).
- Provide support and development for Service Coordinators.
- Participate in after-hours/weekend On-Call rotation.
- Assists with recurring reporting and team reviews. Encouraged to share data and contribute ideas whenever appropriate.
- Infrequent travel to meet with clients (or prospective clients) may be required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct FLS experience (office and/or field backgrounds are both acceptable).
- A competent knowledge of systems and equipment.
- Comprehension of industry terminology and the ability to communicate with field service partners and AHJ’s.
- The ability to source and build relationships with local service partners. This includes establishing SLA expectations and negotiating fair rates for labor and materials.
- Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well-organized.
- Superior customer service skills to deal with both UmbrellaOne team members and customers alike.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
- Proficiency in the use of computers, including MS365 (e.g. Word, Excel, and Outlook).
